Special "Why Am I Still Wearing Wool Pants?" Edition

Study: Low-Carb Dieters Can't Even Lower Carbs
Moron diet watch update: A recently released study by the NPD Group finds that only one out of every four low-carb dieters "are actually significantly cutting carbs." While some low-carb diets call for as little as 20 to 50 grams per day, most dieters are still eating about 128. "Low-carb diets are a fad," said NPD vice president Harry Balzer. "People still want to lose weight by eating, but getting people to change their behavior is very difficult to do." No duh.
